OurRenewalpractice provides owners and managers with a home for solutions to a wide range of structural envelope and building systems needs for existing properties of every use age and construction type. Our multidisciplinary design and assessment services cover a wide range of needs. We perform condition assessments investigations feasibility studies and peer reviews. We design repairs renovations and alterations and oversee their execution in the field.
Your Role
As an Architect Intern in ourRestoration&Renewal Practice you will gain hands-on experience evaluating and improving building envelopes interior systems and architecturalperformance for renovation and adaptive reuse projects. You will work alongside experienced architects and engineers in a dynamic collaborative environment learning practical solutions for building improvement and system upgrades.

Assistin field inspections and data collection for building envelopes and architectural systems.
Support assessments of system performance code compliance and renovation feasibility.
Help prepare technical documentation drawings and reports for project teams and clients.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop practical constructible solutions.
WhatYoullBring
Current undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree in Architecture.
Strong academic record and interest in building performance envelope design and renovation projects.
Experience with Revit AutoCAD or architectural detailing tools is a plus but not.
Compensation
The rate for this position generally is$18-$ pay rates may vary from the range as permitted byNew JerseyEqual Pay Transparency Law. Compensation offers will be based on various factors including operational needs individual education qualifications and experience work location and comparison to employee already in the role as well as other considerations permitted by law. A potential new employees pay history will not be used in compensation decisions.Benefits
