Caregiver Recruiter - Home Health
Location: On-site
Pay Range: $26.00-$30.00 PER HR
Reporting To: HR Manager
About The Role:
We are looking for a Caregiver Recruiter to support high-volume hiring of caregivers for our growing home health team. This role is key to ensuring we have reliable compassionate caregivers ready to meet patient needs.
What Youll Do:
- Recruit and hire caregivers (HHAs PCAs etc.) in a high-volume environment
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of ready-to-work caregivers
- Source candidates through job boards referrals and community outreach
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews
- Make offers and support onboarding
- Partner with managers to meet urgent staffing needs
- Track candidates and activity in ATS
What Were Looking For:
- 2 years of recruiting experience (caregiver/home health preferred)
- Experience with high-volume hiring
- Strong sourcing and outreach skills
- Comfortable making high-volume calls
- Excellent communication and organization
- Bilingual Spanish preferred

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
- Stand sit talk hear reach stoop kneel and use of hands and fingers to operate computer telephone and keyboard on a frequent basis.
- Close vision requirements due to computer work on a frequent basis.
- Light to moderate lifting may be required (not more than 20lbs).
