RESPONSIBILITIES

As Spa Manager you will guide the daily operations and client experience while supporting the growth and alignment of the team.

• Lead the full client experience from checkin to checkout ensuring all standards are upheld and every guest receives a memorable deep beauty experience
• Review record and maintain daily sales scoreboards email communication and client database accuracy
• Organize lead and schedule team meetings trainings and checkins as needed
• Oversee phone and reservation operations optimizing appointments to meet treatment and retail sales goals
• Manage inventory including ordering tracking and maintaining stock levels
• Support and participate in marketing initiatives promotions and community outreach
• Troubleshoot operational challenges and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and client satisfaction
• Ensure spa retail and common areas remain clean organized and aligned with brand standards
• Collaborate with leadership on special projects and longterm growth strategies
• Educate clients on treatments products and Estetica Mias core values
• Model professionalism and reliability including punctuality and accountability for scheduled shifts

QUALIFICATIONS

• Spa receptionist or spa operations experience preferredwilling to train the right candidate with leadership potential
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experience with spa operating software preferred
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
• Instagram and social media experience
• Strong organizational and basic math skills
• Leadership experience (formal or informal) is a plus
