Job Summary
- End-to-end Fund and Financial Operation
- Compliance & Regulatory Frameworks (SEBI tax etc.)
-Audits Control and Governance
- Legal and Contract Oversights
- Partnering with leadership on Key Financial Insights
Requirements
- Proven experience in fund operations financial management or compliance within a regulated financial environment
- In-depth knowledge of SEBI regulations tax compliance and financial governance frameworks
- Strong track record in audit preparation control implementation and risk management
- Excellent analytical communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field; CA CFA or equivalent certifications are highly desirable
- Proficiency in financial systems and data analysis tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Required Skills:
Qualification: MBA/PGDM from reputed B-school. Experience: 20 years in corporate sales institutional leasing or real estate investment. Requirements: Proven success in closing large deals and strong industry networks. Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
