Deccan Finance is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to support day-to-day operational activities and loan processing functions. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills be proficient in handling backend operations and have the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
Eligibility Criteria Educational Qualification- / (Undergraduate)
- Kannada Mandatory
- English Mandatory
- Manage operational systems and applications efficiently.
- Coordinate with vendors for system-related requirements and issue resolution.
- Ensure smooth execution of daily operational activities.
- Handle loan backend operations including:
- Data entry and record maintenance
- Verification of customer information
- Documentation processing and validation
- Maintain accurate records and operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Good communication skills in Kannada and English.
- Basic computer proficiency and MS Office knowledge.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience in operations finance banking or backend processing can apply.
- Candidates residing in or near Chennai will be preferred.
