Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Oracle Database Administrator (DBA) to manage maintain and optimize Oracle database environments. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring database performance security availability and backup/recovery operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Install configure and maintain Oracle databases
Monitor database performance and optimize queries
Perform database backup recovery and disaster recovery planning
Manage database security user access and privileges
Troubleshoot database issues and provide technical support
Implement database patches upgrades and migrations
Ensure database availability and system performance
Maintain documentation of database configurations and procedures

Required Skills:

Strong experience with Oracle Database Administration
Knowledge of SQL PL/SQL
Experience in Backup & Recovery RMAN
Understanding of Performance Tuning and Monitoring
Experience with Linux/Unix environments
Knowledge of Database Security and High Availability

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Oracle RAC / Data Guard
Knowledge of Cloud platforms (OCI / AWS / Azure)
Scripting skills (Shell / Python)
Experience in database migration and upgrade

Education:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT or related field
