Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Oracle Integration Consultant with strong expertise in data integration Python REST APIs PL/SQL and Kafka (mandatory).

This role focuses on building scalable enterprise-grade integration solutions within Oracle ecosystems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in event-driven architectures API-based integrations and data transformation frameworks along with strong Oracle database capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Data Integration & Architecture (Core Focus)

• Design and implement data integration solutions across multiple enterprise systems.
  

• Build scalable and efficient data pipelines and transformation frameworks.
  

• Work on event-driven architectures using Kafka.
  

• Ensure high performance reliability and scalability of integration systems.
  

Python & API Development

• Develop and maintain Python-based integration components.
  

• Build and consume REST APIs for system-to-system communication.
  

• Handle data transformation validation and orchestration logic using Python.
  

Database & Backend Development

• Develop complex logic using PL/SQL (procedures functions packages).
  

• Work on data modeling and database optimization.
  

• Perform data extraction transformation and loading processes.
  

Integration & Collaboration

• Integrate Oracle systems with external applications using APIs and messaging systems.
  

• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to design end-to-end solutions.
  

• Participate in architecture discussions estimations and solution design.
  

Delivery & Governance

• Follow Agile SDLC practices.
  

• Maintain code using GIT and standard version control practices.
  

• Ensure adherence to data security governance and compliance standards.
  

• Prepare technical documentation and integration design artifacts.
  

Required Skills & Experience

Mandatory Skills

Strong experience in Data Integration

Hands-on expertise in Python (integration & transformation)

Strong knowledge of REST APIs

Strong experience in PL/SQL

Hands-on experience with Kafka (mandatory)

Understanding of event-driven architecture

Experience working in Oracle ecosystem environments

Good to Have

• Experience with Oracle EPM Planning / Essbase
  

• Exposure to Oracle Analytics tools (OAC / OBIEE / ODI)
  

• Experience with OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure)
