Global Sports Travel is a premium sports travel and hospitality company delivering access to major global sporting events.
We are looking for a Customer Support & Admin Assistant to manage inbound enquiries and ensure every lead is contacted promptly and handled professionally.
This role is highly process-driven and call-focused with the primary responsibility of calling every lead capturing requirements and maintaining accurate CRM records. You will also support on-ground coordination when required including handling high-value ticket collections and client deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
Call 100% of inbound leads within minutes of enquiry
Capture client requirements (event dates number of guests preferences)
Ensure no enquiry is missed or delayed
Follow up consistently via phone WhatsApp and email
Record all interactions and updates in CRM (Zoho CRM)
Maintain clean and accurate lead data and notes
Share basic package information with clients
Support sales team with lead engagement and handover
Assist with administrative tasks documentation and coordination
Occasionally travel to metro cities to collect high-value tickets from box offices and deliver them securely to clients

03 years experience in customer support administration or sales support
Strong phone communication skills and confidence in calling leads
Ability to handle a high volume of calls daily
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working in a structured process-driven environment
Willingness to travel on short notice for ticket collection and delivery
Experience with CRM systems preferred (Zoho CRM advantageous)
Must have own laptop and mobile phone
Must have a dedicated quiet workspace at home
Reliable high-speed internet connection
