Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager (RTR Transformation) to lead and drive end-to-end Record-to-Report (RTR) transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in finance operations strong leadership capabilities and a proven track record in managing large teams within a global delivery environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute end-to-end RTR transformation initiatives ensuring alignment with business goals
Manage and oversee P&L reporting and financial analysis processes
Drive operational excellence across Fixed Assets and Intercompany accounting functions
Identify opportunities for process improvements automation and standardization
Manage mentor and lead a large team of 50 FTEs to achieve performance and quality targets
Act as the primary point of contact for global/UK stakeholders and clients
Ensure service delivery meets SLAs KPIs and compliance requirements
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and best practices across RTR operations
Requirements
15 years of experience in RTR / Finance domain
Strong hands-on experience in RTR processes with exposure to transformation projects
Deep expertise in P&L Fixed Assets and Intercompany accounting
Proven experience managing large teams (50 members)
Experience working in shared services BPO or global delivery models
Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience especially with UK/global clients
Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills
