Role Description
The Guest Relation Executive (GRE) is professional point of contact for customers aiming to ensure their satisfaction and create a positive experience. This role involves a variety of tasks such as greeting customers handling inquiries and concerns and coordinating with other departments to resolve issues. This role is accountable to provide high-quality service to our customers and be a support for site administration & facility service.
Key responsibilities
Customer interaction:Greeting walk in customers acknowledging their needs and providing personalized service to ensure a memorable experience.
Problem resolution:Efficiently handling and resolving guest concerns.
Administrative duties:Managing front desk operations and maintaining guest records / database.
Communication:Serving as a liaison between customers and companys departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Customer satisfaction:Proactively seeking customer feedback to improve services and upholding the organizations standards.
