Job Summary
About the Role
Nalanda Vidyaniketan is looking for a highly analytical result-oriented and academically strong IIT Foundation Coordinator to manage and monitor the IIT Foundation program across classes. The role involves ensuring rigorous academic delivery performance tracking and continuous improvement to build strong foundational skills aligned with competitive exam standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Program Coordination & Monitoring
- Coordinate the implementation of the IIT Foundation program across assigned classes.
- Ensure structured delivery of the curriculum aligned with competitive exam standards.
- Monitor subject-related academic reports for accuracy and timely submission.
- Collaborate with faculty to maintain consistency in program execution.
2. Academic Reporting & Verification
- Verify weekly academic plans lesson execution and syllabus coverage reports.
- Ensure alignment between planned curriculum and actual classroom delivery.
- Identify deviations and coordinate corrective academic actions.
- Maintain accuracy and consistency in academic documentation.
3. Assessment Tracking & Marks Analysis
- Monitor timely posting and updating of student marks in MCB (or relevant ERP system).
- Analyze assessment data to evaluate student performance trends.
- Identify learning gaps and areas requiring academic intervention.
- Support faculty with data-driven insights to improve student outcomes.
4. Performance Reporting & Insights
- Prepare and submit consolidated reports on student performance and academic progress.
- Generate actionable insights based on assessments and weekly academic activities.
- Share performance analysis with academic heads and leadership teams.
- Contribute to the development of improvement strategies and academic planning.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualifications
- Bachelors / Masters Degree in Science Mathematics Engineering or a related field.
- Strong academic background with understanding of IIT/JEE foundation concepts.
Experience (Market Standard)
- Minimum 35 years of relevant experience in IIT Foundation / competitive exam coaching / academic coordination.
- Experience in handling middle or secondary school students in a structured academic environment is preferred.
- Prior experience in performance analysis reporting and academic monitoring is highly desirable.
