Job Summary
Name of Position:Manager/ Sr. Manager Sourcing (NVD/AVD

Location : Mumbai HO

Must Requirements in Job role ( Knowledge/Experience/Qualification/Salary):
- Sourcing of KSM/Intermediate/API for SRA and Domestic market.
- Development of Alternate Vendor as per the Company Policy
- To have knowledge of Import and Custom formalities
- To ensure that all documents/Audit required for Vendor approval are made available for on boarding of the vendors
- To ensure timely delivery of R&D materials & PV batch material to meet the timelines of the project
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to implement short and long term sourcing strategies
- Efficiently Negotiate procure & delivery materials required for NPD Exhibit Batches
- Consolidate Challenge & provide Technical /Regulatory support to internal stakeholder including R&D Regulatory QA/QC Store etc. Working in close coordination with R&D Regulatory QA/QC & Project Management team right from development till launch of the product
- Partner with raw material procurement colleagues and regional materials leaders to leverage global sourcing and cross-business spend as well as identify new suppliers.
- To build Internal team with respect to Sourcing
- Coordinate with Finance with respect to Vendor payment.
- Prepare and circulate accurate and comprehensive Management Information System(MIS) reports related to procurement activities
- Education Qualification - Graduate Preferable with MBA/Materials Management
- Experience - 10-15 years Pharma Experience in API/ KSM/Intermediate & Chemicals in Procurement for Domestic and Import from Overseas Market
Required Skills:
