Work Mode: Remote (Work From Home)

Counsel and guide candidates on suitable career opportunities

Convert leads into successful enrollments/closures

Follow up with prospective candidates and maintain engagement

Achieve monthly and quarterly targets

Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress

Requirements

Minimum 6 months of experience in a target-driven role (Mandatory)
Experience in counseling sales or student/career guidance
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Ability to handle pressure and consistently achieve targets
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Required Skills:

Requirements & Qualifications: Bachelors/Masters degree in German Language Linguistics or a related field (preferred). German language proficiency (minimum B2/C1 level) certified by Goethe TELC TestDaF or equivalent. Prior experience as a German language trainer tutor or instructor. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to teach diverse groups of learners (students professionals corporate employees etc.). Knowledge of online teaching platforms (Zoom Google Meet LMS etc.) is a plus. Passion for teaching and helping learners succeed.
