Job Summary
Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Branch Accounts Executive with strong expertise in branch/depot accounting and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have experience in high-volume industries like FMCG FMCD or Retail and be proficient in SAP.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day branch/depot accounting operations
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and financial controls
- Handle TDS TCS and GST filings accurately
- Perform vendor/customer reconciliations and ledger scrutiny
- Process and track payments and collections
- Support monthly book closure activities
- Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with a stable career history (no major gaps)
- Mandatory SAP proficiency
- Experience in FMCG / FMCD / Retail industry
- Strong knowledge of GST TDS and TCS compliance
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
