Position Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter to manage the end-to-end hiring process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing screening and coordinating candidates while working closely with hiring managers to ensure timely and effective hiring. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced on-site environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles
- Draft and post job advertisements on various job portals and platforms
- Source candidates through job boards LinkedIn social media and referrals
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role fit
- Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate interviews
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Assist with offer rollout and pre-onboarding activities
- Meet hiring deadlines and recruitment targets
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in any discipline
- 12 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to source and screen candidates effectively
- Familiarity with job portals LinkedIn and recruitment tools
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously
- High attention to detail and professional approach
- Willingness to work on-site
