The ERLR Analyst supports the timely and accurate resolution of Employee and Labor Relations (ERLR) cases across the North America region. This role is responsible for case triage investigation support and execution of case management activities in alignment with company policies compliance standards and service level expectations. This position also drives operational excellence through data analytics automation tools and continuous improvement methodologies.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
Respond to Employee Relations inquiries and cases prioritizing based on risk and urgency
Conduct case triage and assess potential policy violations
Support investigations and ensure timely follow-ups
Maintain accurate audit-ready documentation
Identify process inefficiencies and drive improvements using CI methodologies
Develop Power BI dashboards for KPIs (SLA lead time trends)
Ability to translate data into business insights
Design automated workflows using Power Automate
Integrate automation with ServiceNow Outlook SharePoint
Build strong stakeholder relationships and provide guidance
Promote self-service and digital tools
Required Qualifications
Bachelors Degree or equivalent
02 years of experience in HR ERLR or related field
Required Skills
Advance English
Continuous improvement mindset and process optimization experience
Advanced Power BI (dashboards DAX data modeling)
Power Automate (workflow automation integrations)
Experience with Power Apps and advanced Excel
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet SLAs
High attention to detail and confidentiality
Strong communication and stakeholder management
Preferred Qualifications
HR degree or certification
Experience in shared services
Experience in healthcare or regulated industries
Experience with ServiceNow
