Behavior Technician

Behavior Technician School-Based Support
Location: New Castle County DE
Employment Type: W2 School Hours
Status: Contingent Upon Contract Award

We are building a high-quality behavioral support team to serve students in a structured educational setting.

If you are passionate about supporting students with behavioral needs and want school-hour consistency this opportunity is for you.

Responsibilities:

Implement behavior support plans
Support classroom behavior management strategies
Collect daily behavior data
Assist with skill acquisition programming
Work directly with students under BCBA supervision

Requirements:

Associates Degree or 60 college credits
Experience working with children or adolescents
Experience in behavioral or special education settings preferred
Professional demeanor and reliability

We are seeking dependable team-oriented professionals who want stability and purpose-driven work.

Compensation: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
