Job Description

What you will be doing:

Join our regionally-acclaimed litigation team focused on NJ Environmental Litigation.
Receive direct trial experience and motion practice experience.
Multitask and prioritize tasks and prepare documents as requested.
Organize workflow and use time efficiently.
Perform at high levels in a fast-paced ever-changing work environment.
Adapt to changing priorities and work demands.
Show strong attention to detail and strength in proofreading.
Demonstrate proficiency in applicable computer programs (Lexis Westlaw Microsoft Office Suite).
Conduct excellent legal research writing and presentations.
Maintain high professional standards.
Use the utmost discretion regarding sensitive company and confidential client information.

Experience you will need:

4 years of law firm experience as an attorney (4-8 years preferred).
Strong litigation experience is required.
Admitted to practice law in the state of New Jersey.
Admitted to practice law in the state of New York is a plus.
