Job Summary
Ark Resource Group is assisting one of our verified staffing partners in hiring an experienced Legal Secretary for a temporary 6-month assignment supporting a high-level in-house legal team in West Palm Beach.
This role will support a legal department consisting of approximately 17 attorneys and requires a highly organized professional with strong attention to detail legal administrative experience and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Draft format and file legal documents (electronic and physical filings)
Maintain and manage legal calendars deadlines and case tracking
Provide administrative and clerical support to attorneys and paralegals
Assist with trial preparation and document organization
Maintain legal records in compliance with retention and regulatory requirements
Coordinate internal communications and ensure timely follow-ups
Requirements
Qualifications
Associate Degree in Business Administration Legal Studies or related field preferred
Minimum 6 years of legal administrative experience
Strong knowledge of legal documentation and filing procedures
Excellent organizational and time management skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
Work Environment
Office-based primarily sedentary role
Use of computer and standard office systems required
May be required to support emergency operations during major weather events (e.g. hurricanes)
