The Commissioning Team

Examples of key problems the team is working on

• Help stand up a Cx program for 50GW of DCs this decade.

• Develop plans for Cx and QA/QC for first-of-a-kind modular data center designs.

• Drive development and implementation of automated L4/L5 commissioning.

Role Scope

• Act as the owners commissioning site manager for general contractors designers and vendors across multiple concurrent data center sites.

• Lead commissioning across all five phases for chilled water HVAC electrical systems BMS and EPMS.

• Own mechanical commissioning hands-on: chillers cooling towers dry coolers pumps CRAH/CRAC AHUs heat exchangers VFDs control valves and the associated control sequences.

• Run pre-site and on-site functional testing: flushing pressure testing sequence-of-operations validation and mechanical performance checks.

• Diagnose and resolve startup issues and provide ongoing system support through handover.

What Were Looking For

• Youve personally managed owner-side commissioning on hyperscale data centers across mechanical electrical and BMS/EPMS scope.

• You commission mechanical plant hands-on: chillers cooling towers pumps CRAH/CRAC AHUs and the control sequences that tie them together.

• You validate sequences of operation and run flushing pressure testing and performance checks to spec.

• You coordinate GCs designers and vendors on the ground and hold them to the commissioning plan.

• Bonus: ASHRAE or BCxA guidelines. NETA test specifications. Electrical and controls systems familiarity.

The base salary range for this position is $200000 - $250000 per year depending on experience skills qualifications and location. This range represents our good faith estimate of the compensation for this role at the time of posting. Total compensation may also include equity in the form of stock options.
