Job Summary
The Presales Executive will support the sales process through end-to-end presales activities while actively contributing to revenue generation. The role involves preparing technical and commercial proposals responding to tenders conducting market research supporting product demonstrations engaging clients and assisting in closing deals.
The ideal candidate is analytical commercially driven and client-focused with the ability to translate both local and international client requirements into tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Sales team to support and ensure successful deal closure
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and develop technical and commercial proposals aligned with client requirements
- Manage the bid process including responding to RFIs RFPs and tender submissions
- Analyze and respond to complex tender documents addressing both functional and technical requirements
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends products and competitor offerings
- Support the sales team in qualifying leads and maintaining up-to-date sales documentation and collateral
- Participate in client meetings presentations and product demonstrations
- Customize proposals and quotations to meet specific client needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive market engagement
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and KPIs by supporting deal conversion
- Provide timely sales reports forecasts and updates to management
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in a relevant field (preferred)
- At least 2 years experience preferably in B2B sales within the software/technology industry
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes
- Knowledge of tender management processes (RFIs RFPs bidding)
- Experience in preparing and analyzing technical proposals and bids
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills (written and verbal)
- Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel as required
Required Skills:
At least 2 years working experience will be an advantage having sales experience in the software industry. Good understanding of B2B sales. Good understanding of Tender Management Process
Required Education:
Bachelors Degree from any major is preferable.
