Job Summary
We are seeking results-driven Animal Feeds Field Sales Representatives to drive sales growth across Kiambu Nairobi Outskirts Thika and Muranga. The role involves developing and managing customer relationships with farmers agro-dealers distributors and livestock producers executing Route-to-Market (RTM) strategies growing territory sales supporting collections and achieving set sales targets. Ideal candidates should have 24 years of experience in animal feeds or agricultural inputs sales strong field sales capabilities and a passion for serving the agricultural sector.
Requirements
Key Requirements:
Diploma in Sales & Marketing Business Administration Agriculture or related field
24 years experience in field sales within animal feeds or agricultural inputs
Strong animal feeds sales background is mandatory
Proven experience in field sales / Route-to-Market (RTM) execution
Experience working with farmers agro-dealers distributors or livestock value chains
Strong ability to manage territories secondary sales and collections
Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
Willingness to operate extensively in field-based environments
Valid driving license will be an added advantage
Required Education:
