Our client is a design company that is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Ensure that all HR operations are executed accurately on time and in full compliance with internal policies and regulations. The role is responsible for managing all HR-related processes including employee records contracts onboarding and offboarding attendance tracking payroll compensation and benefits insurance and employee relations.
Continuously review refine and optimize HR processes to improve clarity efficiency and overall employee addition to ensuring compliance HR operations should be aligned with practical management needs and adaptable to the companys growth pace.
People Management Support & Development
Partner closely with managers to support team development resolve people-related issues and enhance overall people management effectiveness. The role involves contributing to key HR initiatives such as onboarding employee retention feedback mechanisms performance evaluation capability development and team engagement.
Additionally this position plays a role in strengthening mid-level management quality by providing guidance consultation and hands-on support in executing people-related strategies and initiatives.
Office Administration Management
Coordinate and supervise administrative staff to ensure all office operations run smoothly efficiently and on schedule. This includes overseeing administrative functions related to logistics company assets workspace management and other internal support activities.
Continuously monitor and improve administrative processes to better support overall company operations.
Requirements
Candidates should have a minimum of five years of experience in Human Resources including at least two years in a leadership or managerial role. Strong expertise in recruitment is essential including the ability to analyze hiring needs define candidate profiles design effective hiring strategies and adapt approaches based on market conditions. Experience hiring across diverse functions such as business marketing creative tech and operations is highly preferred.
