Jr. Recruiter Full Time WFH (Equipment Provided)
About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Support specialist to drive our day-to-day recruitment operations and champion a premium candidate this role you will be the backbone of our hiring processmanaging everything from initial screenings and job board optimization to complex interview scheduling and workflow management.
This position is perfect for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work independently. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure our recruitment engine is organized efficient and consistently delivering high-quality talent.
What Youll Do
- Sourcing & Screening: Identify top-tier talent across LinkedIn and specialized job boards. Conduct initial screenings to evaluate technical experience and cultural fit
- Job Requisition Management: Draft and manage compelling job postings ensuring all listings are accurate consistent and optimized for reach.
- Interview Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for scheduling managing calendars and ensuring a seamless experience for both the candidate and the hiring team.
- Candidate Engagement: Maintain professional timely and transparent communication to keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the hiring journey.
- Pipeline Building: Proactively cultivate a pool of qualified talent to meet current and future business needs.
- Data Integrity & Reporting: Ensure the ATS is the source of truth by maintaining meticulous records of candidate status notes and recruitment metrics.
- Administrative Excellence: Assist with the preparation of offer letters onboarding documentation and other critical recruitment administrative tasks.
- Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in the recruitment funnel and suggest AI-driven or manual improvements to increase hiring velocity.

- ATS Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Zoho or similar platforms to manage high-volume candidate pipelines.
- Advanced Sourcing: Skilled in using LinkedIn Recruiter and diverse job boards to find passive talent.
- Operational Agility: The ability to juggle multiple roles and deadlines without losing focus on quality or accuracy.
- Communication Mastery: Exceptional written and verbal English skills with the ability to maintain a professional tone across all channels.
- Proactive Ownership: A self-starter mindset with the ability to manage your own desk and identify solutions before problems arise.
