LEVATE is a Canadian offshore talent and staffing company that connects North American businesses with highly skilled remote professionals across administration customer support operations marketing technology bookkeeping sales and more.

We are building a high-performance recruiting team and are proactively creating a pipeline of elite recruiters for future opportunities as we continue to scale.

We are specifically looking for recruiters who understand how to identify top-tier offshore talent communicate professionally with candidates and clients move quickly without sacrificing quality and operate with a high level of ownership and urgency.

We are especially interested in recruiters who have experience recruiting for:

• Offshore staffing companies
• Remote staffing agencies
• VA agencies
• BPO environments
• Fast-paced recruitment firms
• Companies supporting North American clients

Experience working with companies similar to LEVATE is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates using platforms such as:

  • Indeed
  • Bossjobs
  • Hubstaff Talent
  • Facebook Groups
  • Internal databases
• Review resumes and shortlist qualified candidates
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews
• Evaluate communication skills experience professionalism and fit
• Coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers
• Maintain organized pipelines and candidate records
• Communicate consistently and professionally with candidates
• Help improve recruiting workflows and hiring systems
• Work within ATS platforms such as Manatal or similar systems
• Move quickly while maintaining quality standards

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting remote/offshore talent
• Experience recruiting for staffing agencies VA companies BPOs or recruitment firms
• Strong understanding of hiring for North American businesses
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• High attention to detail
• Reliable internet and work setup
• Ability to work with EST overlap when required
