Our client is seeking to hire a reliable Network Project & Operations Coordinate who will ensure smooth operations and implementation as regards deployment maintenance and upgrades on the companys technology network.
The scope of functions and responsibilities would pertain to the branch technical operations MW and Fiber field engineering and technical activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support for network management and infrastructure.
Facilitate deployment of infrastructure and hosting for new mandates.
Coordinate branch technical operations for network maintenance and support.
Supervise field engineers RF/Fiber technicians carrying out operational duties.
Execute any additional responsibilities stipulated and communicated by the GM Operations.
Requirements
Key Requirements:
HND/BSC in Computer Science Electrical Engineering Information Technology or any relevant field.
3 years experience as a network coordinator in a network infrastructure company.
Project management skills strong IP routing experience microwave radio deployment experience (Licensed and unlicensed).
MTCNA and MTCRE certifications is highly desirable.
Additional certifications like Cisco Certified Network Associate MikroTik Certified Routing
Engineer or UBNT is an added advantage.
Strong time management and organizational abilities.
Strong Knowledge of Unlicensed Wireless Platforms (UBNT) and IP Fundamentals.
Knowledge of basic OSI or TCP/IP configurations and troubleshooting.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on experience with monitoring network diagnostics and network analytics tools.
Key Performance Indicators:
Deployment/ Installation cycle time
Performance Target: 72hrs from award to integration & testing for Leased Services.
Performance Target: 48hrs from award to integration & testing for point-to-point radio links and LTE Services.
Production of a Deployment/Installation check list to be used company-wide for all types of deployments.
Production of post deployment documentation with pictures and configuration information.
Develop strategies to reduce costs of Deployments Logistics and maintenance work as measured monthly.
Speed of resolution of customer complaints Performance Target: 48hrs from receipt of downtime notification.
Production of weekly reports highlighting deployments remediations issues resolved and recommendations.

Compensation: Base Pay is N450k monthly net other benefits.
