Job Description

Our client Bluewaves is seeking an experienced Technical Manager / Head of Network Operations to lead the deployment management and growth of its internet service infrastructure.

The successful candidate will oversee network operations fiber deployment customer provisioning network monitoring and technical support while ensuring high service availability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design deploy and manage ISP network infrastructure.
• Configure and manage MikroTik and Ubiquiti equipment.
• Implement and maintain BGP routing and network redundancy.
• Supervise fiber optic deployment and wireless backhaul projects.
• Manage customer provisioning and service activations.
• Oversee network monitoring troubleshooting and performance optimization.
• Support ISP billing system integration and operations.
• Develop technical processes documentation and operational standards.
• Lead and coordinate technical teams and field engineers.

Experience
