Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for technology roles including job analysis sourcing screening interviewing and offer management.
- Partner with engineering product and operations leaders to understand hiring needs and develop targeted talent acquisition strategies.
- Maintain and update the talent pipeline through proactive candidate outreach and relationship management.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires ensuring seamless integration into teams and company culture.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws company policies and data protection regulations in all HR activities.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR initiatives that support talent retention and employee engagement.
- Track and report on key HR metrics such as time-to-hire offer acceptance rates and candidate satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and confidential HR records using the companys HRIS and other digital tools.
- Support diversity equity and inclusion efforts within recruitment and workplace practices.
- Assist in the development and implementation of employee training and professional development programs.

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in human resources with a strong focus on recruitment within the technology sector.
- Proven track record of successfully filling technical and mid-level roles in fast-growing tech companies.
- Proficiency in recruitment tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter Greenhouse Workable) and HRIS platforms.
- Strong understanding of employment laws workplace compliance and data privacy standards.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust across all levels.
- High level of organization attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Experience with employer branding candidate experience optimization and diversity hiring initiatives is highly desirable.
