Key Responsibilities:
Lead the full finance function across multiple entities
Deliver accurate and insightful monthly management accounts and consolidated reporting
Drive budgeting forecasting and financial performance tracking
Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements and scalable systems
Provide strategic input on pricing cost optimisation and revenue growth
Ensure full tax and regulatory compliance (VAT PAYE income tax etc.)
Oversee payroll supplier payments and cash flow management
Manage reconciliations across bank accounts payment platforms and intercompany transactions
Strengthen financial controls SOPs and automation initiatives
Support fundraising initiatives and broader business growth strategies

Requirements
Experience / Qualification
Chartered Accountant (SA) highly preferred
Completed articles
14 years post-articles experience
Exposure to multi-entity environments (advantageous)
Experience in property hospitality or similar sectors (advantageous)
