Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced and commercially driven Corporate Account Manager to join a prestigious luxury lifestyle management company based in Johannesburg. This is a dynamic client-facing role suited to an individual with a strong background in account management and a passion for delivering exceptional service to high-net-worth clientele.
Salary: R25 000 (Negotiable dependent on experience)
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 09h00 17h30
Flexibility required to work additional hours when necessary
On-call availability required for service-related emergencies

Job Summary:
The Corporate Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing a key corporate account ensuring delivery against all service level agreements driving engagement and usage and identifying opportunities to increase profitability. This role requires a balance of service delivery commercial acumen reporting team leadership and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management & Service Delivery
Act as the primary point of contact for the clients management team
Ensure full understanding and delivery of all contractual requirements and SLAs
Lead regular client meetings including preparation of agendas presentations and follow-ups
Manage bi-weekly and monthly reporting ensuring accuracy and timely submission
Monitor account performance including usage engagement and renewals
Analyse data and provide insights to drive account growth
Ensure all member requests are logged and managed according to guidelines
Handle escalated member complaints with professionalism and efficiency
Maintain strong internal communication with teams to ensure alignment and service excellence
Team Leadership & Operational Support
Work closely with internal teams to set priorities and ensure seamless delivery
Provide regular updates and direction to team members servicing the account
Ensure accurate and up-to-date data across all CRM systems
Collaborate with operations communications and travel teams on new developments
Training & Development
Deliver training to internal teams on service standards and product offerings
Support ongoing development and refresher training initiatives
Assist in developing training and sales support materials
Participate in quality assurance processes and address areas for improvement
Client Engagement & Growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
Support the planning and execution of member events and product launches
Identify and develop commercially viable opportunities to grow the account
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to source exclusive offers and partnerships
Experience Required:
35 years experience in account management
Exposure to the luxury sector or a major advertising/marketing agency preferred
Strong understanding of CRM systems and reporting
Proven experience in budgeting and account performance management
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive strategy
Experience in managing and developing team members
Requirements:
