Requirements
Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration or related field
36 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in solar EPC or manufacturing industry)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in handling bulk and lateral hiring
Familiarity with job portals like Naukri LinkedIn etc.
Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment
