Job Summary

Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for sales and factory roles

Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs

Use job portals social media and networking to attract quality candidates

Ensure timely closure of positions within defined TAT

Manage recruitment MIS reports and hiring metrics

Maintain employer branding and candidate experience



Requirements

Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration or related field

36 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in solar EPC or manufacturing industry)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in handling bulk and lateral hiring

Familiarity with job portals like Naukri LinkedIn etc.

Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment



Benefits

Experience in solar manufacturing Solar EPC/Solar IPP companies is an advantage
