About the Role

Do you want to shape the HR function for an organization with a big heart

Team Everest is taking its first big steps in building a structured HR department and were looking for a Senior HR Manager to lead from the front.

Youll take on one project at a time from recruitment to training employee engagement to performance reviews. With clear plans in place and room to grow the HR team you wont be doing it alone.

As the head of HR department you will work across functions helping the organization align its policies and practices to support our people.

What You Will Do

  1. Head the HR Department
  2. Manage your team to make Team Everest truly a great and happy place to work.
  3. Build HR capabilities within the organization.
  4. Review existing HR functions to improve them and to build the missing functions from scratch.
  5. Design and roll out programs for recruitment onboarding training and performance management L&D.
  6. Lead one project at a time such as recruitment training or employee engagement ensuring smooth execution.
  7. Review existing HR policies align them with best practices and implement improvements.
  8. Build and manage an employee engagement strategy to foster a positive work environment.
  9. Collaborate with the finance team to optimize and gradually take over payroll management.
  10. Act as a trusted advisor for employees addressing concerns and resolving issues.
  11. Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
  12. Lay the foundation for growing the HR team and mentoring new members as they join.


Requirements

What Were Looking For

Education: Any Graduate

Experience: Atleast 8 years of work experience in HR.

  1. Knowledge of HR best practices to build a strong HR department from scratch
  2. A Generalist HR professional with experience in managing end-to-end HR functions.
  3. A strategic thinker who can plan and execute HR initiatives.
  4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster employee relationships.
  5. Team Management: Strong managerial skills and should have managed a team before.
  6. Project Management: Good Project Management Skills to manage various projects in your department.
  7. Leadership: Be a role model Leader for your team.
  8. Someone who enjoys planning and organizing projects with attention to detail.
  9. Strong command of English.
  10. Great people skills.
  11. Organizational Skills: You should know how to plan well and manage multiple tasks with a cool head.
  12. Computer Skills: You should know basic computer skills like using MS Office.
  13. Work Ethic: You should be someone who loves to learn works hard and can do tasks independently & with a team.
