The Opportunity

As a Technical Program/Project Manager at Moxxi you will be the glue that connects our engineering product and business teams. Your "Why" is centered on increasing engineering velocity reducing delivery risk and ensuring that our technical execution perfectly matches our business ambition. You will operate as a force multiplier removing friction from the development lifecycle and allowing our senior leadership to stay focused on high level strategy. A Day in the Life

Morning Kick-off: Facilitate standups across multiple engineering squads identifying immediate blockers and ensuring every engineer has a clear path for the day.

Technical Deep-Dives: Collaborate with Architects and Lead Engineers across frontend backend and DevOps to review technical specs ensuring they account for system performance data accuracy cross-team dependencies and scaling requirements.

Strategic Coordination: Meet with Product Managers to refine the roadmap providing data-driven delivery estimates and identifying potential resource contention.

Delivery Excellence: Update the internal decision logs and status dashboards providing transparent real-time visibility into project health for the executive team.

Hands-on Execution: Validate progress through direct engagement and technical understanding of the work not just relying on status updates.

Basic Qualifications

5 years of experience in technical program or project management.

7 years of experience working closely with software engineering teams in an agile environment.

Proven ability to manage complex technical projects end-to-end including risk mitigation and stakeholder management.

Strong proficiency with Jira and Confluence for tracking work and maintaining documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.

Prior experience in AdTech or MarTech industries.

Knowledge about Systems design and Infrastructure GCP preferred) and API integrations.

Deep technical understanding across frontend backend and DevOps architectures

Proven experience managing data-intensive or real-time systems preferably in the AdTech/MarTech space.
