Leadership & Staffing: Hiring training and leading production staff building a "zero-injury" safety culture.
Operational Excellence: Implementing lean processes to minimize downtime and costs improving manufacturing quality.
Reporting & Analysis: Monitoring inventory conducting audits and preparing reports on operational performance.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree in Food Science Engineering or Business.
Experience: 10 years in manufacturing with 5 years in a high-speed food processing environment.
Technical Skills: Expertise in sanitation standards (HACCP SQF) process improvement and inventory management.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage teams and solve operational issues.
