We are hiring experienced professionals for the role of Senior Customer Support Executive International Voice Process in Gurgaon. The role involves handling global customer interactions primarily focused on billing-related queries ensuring accurate resolution and high customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound international voice calls related to billing and account queries
- Resolve billing discrepancies payment issues and account concerns
- Provide accurate prompt and professional customer support
- Maintain high standards of communication empathy and problem-solving
- Work effectively in rotational shifts across global time zones
- Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months experience in International Voice Process (mandatory)
- Freshers are not eligible
- Qualification: UG / Graduate / PG (any discipline)
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
- Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills
- Must be based in Gurgaon
- Immediate joiners or candidates with max 7 days notice period preferred
