Location: Barranquilla Colombia (On-site).
Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (U.S. summer) / 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (U.S. winter)
- Engage with U.S.-based clients understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Drive sales growth through proactive outreach lead generation and effective negotiation.
- Provide exceptional customer service ensuring client satisfaction and long-term retention
- Manage and update CRM tools to track interactions follow-ups and sales performance.
- Stay up to date with U.S. market trends and develop strategies to maximize sales opportunities.
Requirements
What Were Looking For:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales business development or customer service.
- English proficiency: B2-C1 (mandatory) You will interact with U.S. clients daily.
- Strong communication persuasion and negotiation skills You know how to close a deal!
- Proactive results-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed sales targets.
- Experience with CRM tools
