What This Role Really Is

This is not a typical retail position.

Youll be working directly with customers every dayhelpingthem choose the right plants understand their soil and make better decisionsfor their yard using organic natural products.

If you enjoy diagnosing problems sharing knowledge andhelping people succeed youll fit right in.

What Youll Be Doing

• Working one-on-one with customers to understand their goals and challenges
• Recommending plants soils and organic solutions tailored to North Texas conditions
• Explaining the why behind your recommendations so customers feel confident moving forward
• Helping customers build healthier soil and more resilient landscapes over time
• Creating a helpful approachable experience that keeps customers coming back

What Were Looking For

• Strong natural customer communication skills you can explain things clearly without overcomplicating them
• Solid hands-on gardening experience especially in North Texas conditions
• Previous experience in a garden center nursery or similar environment
• A genuine interest in organic gardening
• Someone who is curious dependable and takes pride in helping people get it right

What to Expect

• Youll be working outdoors including during Texas summers
• Weekend availability is part of the role
• This is a high-interaction positionyour ability to connect with customers matters just as much as your knowledge
