Job Summary
Global Sales Strategy & Operations (GSSO) is the team that helps shape Gartners mission-critical sales priorities and works with sales leaders to drive tactical and analytical insights. As an associate on the GSSO teamyoullbe at the forefront of the ongoing transformation of Gartners sales force which delivers approximately $4.9B in annual revenue and working to drive sustained double-digit growth. You will partner with business leaders across Gartner to support a global sales forcecomprisedof more than 5000 associates who sell to every major functionindustryand market sector around the world.

Our Corporate Marketing team strives to understand the needs of the customers and communities we serve and designing the most effective programs to profitability meet those needs. This team accelerates sales activity by attracting engaging and converting leaders and their teams through the delivery of compelling Gartner insights and experiences throughout the buyer journey.
The Sr. Specialist Marketing will be a key contributor to the ongoing growth and success of Gartner by supporting the execution of demand generation campaigns sales enablement and pipeline progression for the Global Technology Sales (GTS) aligned to the Global Enterprise region and various customer roles targeted by Sales.
What you will do:
- Partner directly with Sales to support program and strategy alignment
- Service Sales requests from marketing
- Create regional demand and lead generation campaigns designed to target specific customer personas and drive quality leads to Sales to build pipeline
- Develop and execute Sales enablement programs to progress pipeline
- Assist with the development and execution of global role-based campaigns
- Support the execution of strategies and campaigns including but not limited to writing content and messaging for campaign briefs paid search ads sales enablement landing pages nurture emails newsletters and social media
- Collaborate with Centers of Excellence Program Managers Sales and other cross-functional partners to coordinate the execution and delivery of integrated marketing programs
- Report on lead activity to support pipeline progression and campaign reporting and analysis.
- Project manage and track campaign performance; proactively provide recommendations for campaign optimization and report on success metrics using analytics and Power BI tools
What you will need:
- Bachelors degree required (Marketing or Communications preferred)
- 2-4 years experience working within Marketing or Digital Marketing; prefer large or global technology company experience
- Prior experience supporting large enterprise-focused sales teams
- Proven experience supporting the development of successful integrated marketing or demand generation programs
- Self-motivated with excellent project management communication analytical and interpersonal skills
- Ability to conceptualize and build integrated cross-functional lead generation campaigns and present work confidently to leaders
- Ability to be flexible and work effectively in a collaborative fast-paced fast-changing hybrid work environment
- Curiosity and confidence to ask questions when uncertain or unclear on how to proceed or to assert innovative ideas
- Proficient with MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) Google Analytics Adobe Experience Manager Eloqua or other similar applicationsand AI tools(Chat GPT Claude Copilot).

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 64000 USD - 87000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range or be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to education training experience professional achievement business need and addition to base salary employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance or a role-based uncapped sales incentive plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide the specific opportunity on our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates.
