Estimator | AU Client | Onsite Ortigas, Alabang, Pampanga & Cebu

• Prepare detailed and precise cost estimates for aluminium windows and doors across residential and selected commercial projects.
  
• Apply correct materials hardware glass types fabrication methods and installation considerations within all estimates.
  
• Ensure all estimates reflect accurate labour material costs margins lead times and project requirements.
  

• Use industry-recognised estimating software (e.g. Logikal) to generate quotes takeoffs and supporting documentation.
  
• Maintain accurate digital records version control and audit trails within estimating systems.
  
• Contribute to process improvements and system optimisation where relevant.
  

• Liaise closely with sales production procurement and installation teams to verify project scope and ensure alignment on pricing and deliverables.
  
• Seek clarifications from clients builders architects and internal stakeholders when required.
  
• Support the handover process from estimation to production ensuring clarity and completeness of information.
  

• Manage multiple estimates concurrently while meeting required turnaround times.
  
• Maintain high standards of accuracy consistency and quality in all documentation.
  
• Contribute positively to team culture and uphold company values.
  
  

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in aluminium windows and doors estimating.
  
• Proficiency with digital tools technical drawings and industry-standard software.
  
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision in a fastpaced environment.
  
• Ability to interpret architectural and engineering documentation confidently.
  
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative working style.
  
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
  

• Experience with Logikal or other industry-specific estimating software.
  
• Prior experience in a manufacturing fabrication or construction environment.
  
• Understanding of residential building codes compliance requirements and glazing standards.
