Job Summary

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Trainer to facilitate engaging and effective training sessions that enhance employee skills performance and productivity. The Trainer will be responsible for delivering structured training programs coaching employees and ensuring a smooth learning experience. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with experience in delivering training in a corporate or customer service environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training sessions for new hires upskilling programs and refresher courses.

  • Deliver engaging and interactive training using various formats including instructor-led sessions e-learning and workshops.

  • Assess learners progress and provide constructive feedback to improve performance.

  • Collaborate with the Training & Quality Manager to update and improve training materials.

  • Maintain training records and track employee progress.

  • Support employees with coaching and on-the-job training as needed.

  • Ensure training aligns with company goals industry standards and best practices.

  • Gather feedback from trainees and stakeholders to enhance training effectiveness.



Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Trainer Learning Facilitator or in a similar role.

  • Strong communication presentation and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to engage learners and adapt training techniques to different learning styles.

  • Experience in industry-specific knowledge if applicable is a plus.

  • Proficiency in training tools Learning Management Systems (LMS) and virtual training platforms.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Working Conditions:
  • Full-time position with occasional overtime during peak seasons.
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Makati City or BGC Taguig City
  • Must be willing to work in a rotating shift
