Job Summary
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Trainer to facilitate engaging and effective training sessions that enhance employee skills performance and productivity. The Trainer will be responsible for delivering structured training programs coaching employees and ensuring a smooth learning experience. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with experience in delivering training in a corporate or customer service environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct training sessions for new hires upskilling programs and refresher courses.
Deliver engaging and interactive training using various formats including instructor-led sessions e-learning and workshops.
Assess learners progress and provide constructive feedback to improve performance.
Collaborate with the Training & Quality Manager to update and improve training materials.
Maintain training records and track employee progress.
Support employees with coaching and on-the-job training as needed.
Ensure training aligns with company goals industry standards and best practices.
Gather feedback from trainees and stakeholders to enhance training effectiveness.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Trainer Learning Facilitator or in a similar role.
Strong communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to engage learners and adapt training techniques to different learning styles.
Experience in industry-specific knowledge if applicable is a plus.
Proficiency in training tools Learning Management Systems (LMS) and virtual training platforms.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Full-time position with occasional overtime during peak seasons.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Makati City or BGC Taguig City
- Must be willing to work in a rotating shift
