Overview
We are looking for a client-focused Accounting Manager who can combine technical accounting expertise with strong project management and process optimization skills. This role will play a critical part in enhancing client close cycles and delivering high-quality financial insights.
Required Background:
Applicants must have experience from a top-tier accounting firm such as
Deloitte PwC (PricewaterhouseCoopers) EY (Ernst & Young) KPMG BDO International RSM International Grant Thornton International Baker Tilly International Mazars or Crowe Global.
What Youll Do
- Optimize and manage the end-to-end close process for multiple clients (target: 7-day close)
- Act as a trusted advisor on technical accounting issues
- Analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights
- Build and maintain a centralized tracking system for deliverables and deadlines
- Ensure transparency and alignment across teams and stakeholders
- Gradually take ownership of 3 client engagements within the first year

Required Skills:
Qualifications Minimum 10 years of progressive accounting experience including Controller-level responsibility. Strong technical accounting expertise and GAAP knowledge. Proven experience improving and accelerating close processes. Demonstrated leadership organizational and analytical skills. CPA preferred. This role is ideal for a seasoned accounting professional who excels at driving efficiency implementing structure and leading complex accounting operations.
