About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Manager to lead process automation provide technical accounting expertise and drive efficiency across our financial operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about optimizing close processes and building scalable systems.
Requirement:
Candidates must have prior experience working with one of the top global accounting firms including
Deloitte PwC (PricewaterhouseCoopers) EY (Ernst & Young) KPMG BDO International RSM International Grant Thornton International Baker Tilly International Mazars or Crowe Global.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead automation initiatives to streamline and reduce the monthly close process (target: 7 days)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for complex technical accounting matters
- Research and interpret accounting standards and apply them effectively
- Develop and maintain a project management tracker for financial operations
- Provide visibility into close status and team responsibilities at any given time
- Manage and oversee up to 3 client accounts within the first year

- Strong planning organizational and analytical skills
Required Skills:
Qualifications Minimum 10 years of progressive accounting experience including Controller-level responsibility. Strong technical accounting expertise and GAAP knowledge. Proven experience improving and accelerating close processes. Demonstrated leadership organizational and analytical skills. CPA preferred. This role is ideal for a seasoned accounting professional who excels at driving efficiency implementing structure and leading complex accounting operations.
