We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to provide operational and administrative support that enables the sales team to perform efficiently and maintain a well-structured sales pipeline. The role focuses on managing CRM systems coordinating sales activities and ensuring accurate tracking of opportunities data and reporting to support informed decision-making. This role is critical for strengthening sales operations improving pipeline visibility and supporting the successful execution of sales strategies and team initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the sales pipeline by ensuring accurate updates and tracking of opportunities within the CRM system.
- Provide backend administrative support to the sales team including documentation data management and coordination of sales-related activities.
- Administer and maintain CRM systems including data entry record updates workflow management and system organization.
- Utilize HubSpot to manage contacts deals and sales activities while ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Generate sales reports dashboards and performance insights to support sales strategy and decision-making.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure alignment on pipeline status lead progress and opportunity management.
- Support sales operations initiatives by assisting in process improvements documentation and system optimization.
- Assist the Sales Director in executing strategic sales initiatives monitoring key performance metrics and supporting planning activities.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends opportunities and operational improvements.
- Support team engagement initiatives that strengthen collaboration accountability and overall sales team culture.
Requirements
What You Bring
Were looking for someone who:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Management or related field is preferred.
- 3 years of experience in sales support sales operations CRM administration or a related role.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms particularly HubSpot including pipeline management and data maintenance.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and generate actionable insights.
- Experience preparing sales reports dashboards and performance summaries.
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools and data-driven technologies that support sales operations and productivity.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail in managing records reports and sales documentation.
- Strong communication and coordination skills when working with cross-functional teams and sales leadership.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy in data and reporting tasks.
