Build tools that help the team identify and prioritise potential investors and allocators
Support automation of meeting preparation investor research and follow-up processes
Marketing & Outreach
Implement AI tools to support marketing campaigns and investor communications
Automate content creation workflows (newsletters updates reports presentations)
Assist with automation of LinkedIn outreach email campaigns and marketing analytics
Develop systems that help scale personalised communication with clients and prospects
Administrative & Operational Efficiency
Automate internal processes such as document preparation reporting data organisation and research
Implement AI tools that improve internal productivity across the organisation
Improve workflows between departments to reduce duplication of work
Assist in integrating different business systems and tools
AI & Prompt Engineering
Design and refine prompts to optimise AI outputs for business use
Build internal prompt libraries for different business functions
Train team members on effective AI usage within their roles
Stay up to date with the latest developments in AI tools and productivity software
Requirements
Education / Certification
Degree in Computer Science Data Science Artificial Intelligence or related field OR
Recognised certifications in Artificial Intelligence Machine Learning or Prompt Engineering
Examples may include:
AI / Machine Learning certifications
Prompt engineering courses
Automation platform certifications (Zapier Make etc.)
Technical Skills
Familiarity with AI tools such as:
ChatGPT / Claude / LLM platforms / OpenClaw
AI productivity tools
Workflow automation platforms (Zapier Make etc.)
Understanding of prompt engineering and AI workflow design
Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
Strong digital problem-solving ability
Desirable Skills
Experience with Python APIs or scripting for automation
Experience integrating AI tools into business workflows
Familiarity with sales automation or marketing technology
Understanding of financial services or investment businesses
