Job Summary
Location: Kirti Nagar Delhi (On-site)
Employment Type: Full-time
- Strong understanding of backend and operational processes
- Excellent command over Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP Pivot Tables Conditional Formatting etc.)
- Strong analytical problem-solving and logical thinking skills
- High attention to detail with discipline and punctuality
- Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Manage and oversee day-to-day operational activities
- Perform regular operational checks and ensure process compliance
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth task execution
- Track analyze and report operational data
- Support documentation MIS reporting and process improvements
- Identify gaps and suggest operational efficiencies
- Graduate/Postgraduate (BBA MBA or equivalent)
- 34 years of experience in operations preferably in fintech or BFSI
- Strong Excel and data-handling skills
- Comfortable working in a full-time in-office role
