ABOUT US
Indus Action aims to enable over 800 million vulnerable citizens in India to move irreversibly out of extreme poverty by facilitating access to critical government support to which they are entitled. We partner with communities and governments to simplify access to educationlivelihoods healthcare and welfare using tech and better design to navigate bureaucratic hurdles.
By 2030 we aim to impact 30 million people with adequate social protection. Since 2013 our program innovations have impacted 2 million citizens in accessing entitlements across the above workstreams. ROLE BRIEF
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive young HR professional who is looking to develop their career in the development sector to manage the employee lifecycle from offer rollout to exit. This role will focus on HR operations documentation onboarding coordination employee records and compliance while working closely with the recruitment team for seamless candidate handover.

SKILLS & EXPERTISE
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
Familiarity with HRMS tools and Google Workspace

Requirements

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE -
MBA in HR or equivalent
2-5years of experience
