About the Role

Profile: HR Specialist

Experience: 1 2 Years

Qualification: MBA (HR) / PGDM / Diploma in HR

Location: Full-time On-site CP New Delhi

Working Hours & Days: 6 days & 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HR operations recruitment and compliance along with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment especially for technical roles (Embedded PCB Core Engineering profiles).

Handle employee grievance resolution professionally and efficiently.

Support payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records.

Assist in HR compliance audits training (including IATF) and documentation.

Work on HRMS and ATS tools for employee data management and hiring processes.

Coordinate onboarding and induction processes.

Ensure smooth execution of HR operations and policies.

Collaborate with different departments to support hiring and HR initiatives.

Required Skillset

Hands-on experience with ATS (Zoho Recruit) and HRMS tools (e.g. greytHR).

Good understanding of HR operations payroll compliance and labor laws.

Experience in hiring for technical/engineering roles (Embedded PCB etc.).

Strong communication problem-solving and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently with a can-do attitude while being a team player.

Prior experience in Telecom/GPS/IoT industry is a plus.

Additional Requirements

Immediate joiner or candidates with a notice period of up to 15 days preferred.

Candidate must be based in Delhi.
