Job Description
Providing strategic support to SLT in the area of People Plan (short-term and long-term) Drive Culture Alignment Workforce Planning and Management Succession Planning Leadership Development Competitive Bench-marking and enable decision making through HR Analytics and dashboards
Provide HR operational support to the School team in the area of new staff onboarding compensation and benefits recruiting retention and training performance management employee engagement compliance HR projects and HR budget management.
Provide timely accurate data and reports to the Regional HR team.

Required Skills/Abilities
- MBA in HR
- 8 years of experience in HR Manager/Head role

- Contemporary knowledge of HR best practices.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills and confident use of communication technology
- Strong conflict resolution and relationship management
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills; high attention to detail
- Professional and ethical practices
- Strong on critical problem solving and analytical decision making
- Experienced in change management and cultural transformation
