Job Overview

We are hiring a Technical Project Manager to lead software deployment application support and implementation projects across cloud and on-premise environments. The role involves strong technical expertise applications backend support and customer-facing project delivery preferably within the banking domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end technical project delivery from requirement gathering to deployment
  
• Handle application support configuration and troubleshooting
  
• Oversee deployment and maintenance applications and web-based solutions
  
• Manage website hosting and server configurations
  
• Provide backend support and ensure system performance and reliability
  
• Coordinate with customers and internal engineering teams for smooth execution
  
• Support pre-sales activities including technical demos POCs and solution discussions
  
• Create project plans timelines and deployment schedules
  
• Ensure timely delivery quality standards and customer satisfaction
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 48 years of experience in technical project management application support or technical support roles
  
• Hands-on experience in Application Support & Configuration
  
• Strong experience with .NET Applications & Web Technologies
  
• Experience in Website Hosting & Server Management
  
• Strong Backend Support & Troubleshooting Skills
  
• Good understanding of SQL Databases (preferred over Oracle)
  
• Experience working in Windows-based Environments (preferred over Linux/Unix)
  
• Knowledge of networking concepts (ports servers configurations)
  
• Experience interacting directly with clients in a technical capacity
  
• Banking Domain Experience Preferred
  

Education

• BCA / MCA / / B.E. / Diploma in Computer Science or related discipline
