The role involves handling inbound customer calls assisting with queries and delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
Respond to customer inquiries related to freight services and bookings
Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns
Maintain records of customer interactions in the system
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Coordinate with internal teams when required
Follow company communication and service protocols
Requirements
Minimum Bachelors degree (Graduation required)
Prior experience in customer service or call center is an advantage
Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)
Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work night shifts (3:00 AM 12:00 PM)
Professional attitude and customer-focused mindset
